Delish R Us is an online candy shop and its warehouse is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Do you have a retail/outlet store that I can visit and what are the working hours?

Do I get to speak to a real person if I call to place an order or have a question about a product?
Absolutely! As a company, we do business the old-fashioned way - and that means we believe in personal service. Rest assured everyone that you talk to at Delish R Us is one of our own team members. How is my order packaged?
With care of course! Most orders are shipped in plain white/brown packaging. Orders that contain multiple items are packed carefully using environmentally friendly packing materials.
Keep in mind that hot weather and sweet chocolate do not go together. During periods of warm weather, we recommend not ordering candy that can melt. Shipping companies do not air condition their trucks, so that delicious candy bar you’ve been looking forward to snacking on won’t be so good when it arrives on your doorstep melted. We are unable to refund any orders damaged due to warm temperatures, so please consider wisely when ordering.
What shipping options are available?
We try to offer our customers the most efficient and affordable shipping options to get your favorite candy delivered to your door. The following are your options:
- RedBox - The most affordable option. Collect your package from Redbox within 1-5 business days. Your package will be stored for collection up to 48 hours from depository. Don’t wait for drivers to deliver your packages! Instead, use RedBox lockers to collect them at your convenient time. No human contact!
- Shipa - Dry fright and delivery (Door to Door). Delivers within 1-7 business days.
- Aramex - Dry fright and delivery (Door to Door). Delivers within 1-6 business days.
- Barq Sarie - A Chilled fright and delivery (Door to Door). Delivers within 1-8 Business days.
- DHL Express - Our international shipping partner. Delivers within 2 - 6 business days.
*Customer is responsible for payable duties and taxes upon delivery, if any.
- Saudi Post (SPL) - Reliable and cheaper option for international shipping. Delivers within 3 - 7 business days. *Customer is responsible for payable duties and taxes upon delivery, if any.

Business days are defined as Sunday - Thursday. We do not ship orders on weekends. While we strive to have all orders shipped within 24 hours (excluding orders placed on weekends).
Do you offer free shipping?
Remember the old saying, “there’s no such thing as a free lunch?” Well, there’s no such thing as free shipping either. While other websites may offer free shipping, it’s not really free. It’s built into the cost of the product, and to be honest that’s not fair.
At Delish R Us, we pride ourselves on having the lowest prices on all your favorite candy and we charge a fixed rate of which RedBox, Shipa, Aramex, Barq Sarie, DHL Express and Saudi Post (SPL) charges us to ship that order directly to you, and never tack on surcharges or handling fees. We don’t inflate our item cost just to say we offer free shipping - it’s what sets us apart from our competitors and allows us to be transparent with our customers on what the real cost of shipping is.
So go ahead, compare our prices with those “free shipping” offers from our competitors… we’ll welcome your order!
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MADA, Visa, MasterCard, ApplePay, STCPay, PayPal, Tamara, Bank Wire Transfer, and Cash-on-Delivery. We NEVER charge you a fee to use a credit card.
Sorry, but we do not accept checks or money orders for online orders.
What do I do if my order arrived something is missing?
All claims of order shortage must be reported within 48 hours of package being delivered. You must contact us at +966 (0) 57 070 2003 / [email protected] within that timeframe so we can review the pulling and packing videos and report our findings. Any shortage claims not made within 48 hours is a void claim.
Where's my order, it hasn't arrived yet?
Oh no! First thing, check your email for the confirmation you received once your order shipped. You will find it contains a tracking number that you can use to track your package. You’ll be able to track the progress of your order from the time it left our warehouse until it’s out for delivery by your friendly courier's delivery person.
If your tracking number shows your package was delivered, but you didn’t receive it, check with your neighbors, or if you live in an apartment, check your building office. If you still can’t find your package, please call us/text us on WhatsApp at +966 (0) 57 070 2003 so we can have a trace put on your package.
If you did not receive an email from us with a tracking number, check your spam folder or contact us at +966 (0) 57 070 2003 and we’ll be glad to help.
Can I cancel my order?
Wait, who wants to cancel an order for candy? Ok, we know there may be times when you want to do just that. If this is one of them, we just ask that cancellations be done no later than 12 hours after the order was placed. Yes, we work quick around here so most orders go out within 24 hours. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it and we don’t accept returns.
What is your return policy?
For your health and safety, we are unable to accept any returns on food items - this includes candy, snacks, or anything we sell that is edible.
During warmer months, we recommend you do not purchase candy that is subject to melting. We make this clear on our website. We will not refund or exchange any candy that arrives melted during these warm months. We also can’t refund or credit any candy you ordered that you didn’t like. If you wanted to, we offer a chilled fright and delivery option for our local orders, inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through Barq Express.
Should I order candy in the warm summer months?
Simply put… no! Chocolate and warm temperatures just don’t go well together and to be honest with you, we don’t want you to order meltable candy during these months. Any candy you order is subject to melting, and even more so in the summer. While our huge candy warehouse is climate controlled, delivery trucks are not. Neither is the porch the delivery driver is going to leave your order on a hot July afternoon. If you think it’s hot enough that your candy will arrive melted, chances are it will! We do not offer refunds or credit for any candy that arrives melted. So order wisely. If you wanted to, we offer a chilled fright and delivery option for our local orders, inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through Barq Express.
Do you have a print catalog?
We like to keep our prices low and save trees at the same time, so we do not offer a print catalog. Our award-winning, fun to browse, even funnier to order from website contains every sweet item we sell and is usually updated DAILY with new items (once we’ve sampled them).
Do you have a coupon code I can use for a discount?
Of course we do, refer to the Promotion's page.
